Friends Bennie and Ethel (their travel names)just returned from a 40th birthday celebration in Philly. Yes, I thought the same thing - "Fun in Philly in February???" "Yes!", they said. Though cold, there were no crowds at major attractions and no waiting lists at popular restaurants. If you are willing to bundle up, Philly can be fun in February. Items not to be missed include Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the Museum of Physicians (Mutter Museum) if you can stomach it.
